Stuff Vegetables according to the Old Genoese recipe Ingredients (for 4 persons): 100   gr   of   robiola   (cheese)   Osella,   2   eggs,   crumb   of   a      sopped-in-the-milk      small   loaf,   vegetables   such   as:   peppers,   onions,   marrows   or aubergines,2 spoons of extra virgin olive-oil, 1 spoon of grated Parmigiano,a twig of marjioram or a dash of oregano,salt How to prepare: Stew   just   done   the   vegetables,   drain   them   and   cut   them   in   the   middle   (onions   have   to   be   used   raw).   Clean   out   the   vegetables   and mince   their   flesh.   Blend   it   together   with   the   other   ingredients,   stir   in   salt   and   fill   the   vegetables.Stir      in   oil   on   a   pan,   range   the vegetables on it and cook them at medium heat for 30/40 minutes. Enjoy your meal !
