Here you are, dear guests... Going   and   tucking   in   a   delicious   just-taken-out-of-the-oven   focaccia   at   Biagio's   is   a   byword   with   the   arrival   of   spring   in   the   Riviera. At   Baracchetta's   you   can   really   breathe      the   holiday-time   atmosphere,   here   relaxation   and   cheerfulness   really   reign.   Wearing   jacket or   tie   is   not   required,   here   you   are   given   open   space   "to   glut   yourself   "   on      simple   and   genuine   stuff   ,   besides   you   can   rediscover   the locals'   sincere   way   of   being.      He   may   look   like   a   rugged   person,   but   Biagio   doesn't   seem      totally   Genoese   (as on   the   other   hand   he   is),   his   glee   and   his   good   mood,   alternated   by   some   tipically   Genoese   dialect   expressions (i.e.   Bel**   type...to   avoid   any   misunderstanding),   make      him   a   figure   sought   by   everybody.   However   glee   and cheerfulness   are   only   an   aspect,Biagio   is   one   of   the   greatest   masters   of   Focaccia   with   Cheese   a   historic memory   of   the   product,   he   has   spent      most      of   his   life      in   the   middle   of   focaccia   ;   try   and   ask   him   ,   you   will   be told   :   "When   I   began      I   wasn't   tall   enough   to   get   to      the   counter   of      the   bakery   where   I   started   working   as   a   boy,   then   little   by   little   I shifted to  the oven section and so for 30 years, just pardon me whether it's not enough! When   Biagio,   more   than   40   years   ago,   opened   his   Baracchetta   and   he   specialized   himself   in   the   product   which   has   made   the reputation   of   the   gastronomical   capital   of   Liguria,   it   became   soon   a   touchstone   for   many   people.   At   Biagio's   in   Recco   is   the   right place...in order to indulge your whims of focaccia with cheese!!!!.
